Do I need a computer?
No, although a computer is recommended for more complex designing within Canva, you can use the Canva app to use the mockups.

Do I need the paid version of Canva?
No, our mockups will work with the free version of Canva. However, some benefits of Canva Pro are access to premium fonts and elements, as well as the ability to download projects with a transparent background.

Will I be able to upload my own designs/logos?
Yes, you can upload your own graphics to Canva in the "Uploads" tab or by dragging the graphic onto the canvas. We recommend ensuring that your logo has a transparent background before uploading it to Canva.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes! We have a sample mockup you can test out!

Can I design something from scratch in Canva?
Yes, Canva has a lot of free and premium design elements. Our mockups are the perfect blank canvas!

Can I make hand-drawn designs in Canva?
Yes, Canva has a drawing feature but we recommend using Procreate for more complex drawing. You can use Procreate to make the design then upload it to Canva, or you can download the desired mockup from Canva and upload it to Procreate and draw on top of it.

Will I be able to change the color of the mockups?
Yes, click on the mockup and you will be able to change colors directly on Canva. Test out a sample mockup to try out this feature!

Do the .pngs/individual versions of each mockup come with purchase?
No, the mockups are provided exclusively on Canva. However, you can download them as .png's on Canva if you'd like.

How are the mockup packs set up?
All mockup packs are made for Canva and set up as a Canva template. Each mockup pack is organized by different categories (i.e. tops, bottoms, etc.). Each category will be on a different page (or multiple pages if the number of mockups in the category is large) for ease of use. The mockups are intended to be copied and pasted to another project, so the template is left untouched in case you want to use the unmodified mockups again. However, if you edit the template you can always download a new version again by clicking the link in your original PDF file. Please note that each mockup does NOT have its own page in the template, as the Canva template would be too many pages and unorganized.

How large can I make the mockups?
All mockups are vector graphics, meaning they can be scaled to any size without losing their quality.

I’m a graphic designer, can I use these mockups for my clients?
Yes, you can use these mockups to make deliverables for your clients. However, selling/distributing the mockups as templates or plain mockups is prohibited and subject to legal prosecution. 

I’m a brand owner, can I use these mockups for marketing?
Yes, you can use these mockups for various things like mockups and tech packs for your manufacturer, social media marketing, website, etc. However, selling/distributing the mockups as templates or plain mockups is prohibited and subject to legal prosecution. 

I don’t see what I need in the mockup pack.

I don’t have any graphic design experience, can I still use the mockup pack?
Yes, this is the perfect mockup pack for you! Canva is all "drag and drop", so simply use our mockups as a blank canvas and drag and drop your logo or any other desired elements on top of them!

Can I use these mockups in other design softwares?
Yes, you can use them as flat graphics (like .png's) by downloading them from Canva as images and uploading them to your design program of choice. We recommend scaling the mockup to 1500px at minimum for best results. The larger, the better. Note that to download from Canva with a transparent background, you must have Canva Pro. If you have the free version, you can simply download the mockup with a white background and remove it using an external background remover tool/website.

Can I do a picture fill in the mockups?
Currently, our Beach Babe Mockup Pack is the ONLY mockup pack where you can do a picture fill IN Canva for the mockups. You may be able to do a picture fill for mockups in other packs using another design software, but we can only guarantee that you can do a picture fill in Canva for the Beach Babe Mockup Pack. However, you can change the solid colors of the mockups in all mockup packs!

I only see you showing the front of the mockup in most of your reels and TikToks, is the back view also included?
Yes, each mockup also includes the back version. For the Sneaker Mockup Pack, it includes the left + right versions.

Will I be able to use the mockup pack immediately after purchase?
Yes, if you purchase from this website or our Etsy store, the PDF download with the Canva template link will be immediately available, either on the order confirmation page and/or in a separate email. The only time the download may not be immediately available is if our website has automatically flagged your order as "high risk". In this case, we will contact you to confirm the order was intentional. If we cannot confirm this, we will cancel and refund the order.

Why won't Canva let me copy and paste the mockup to a new project?

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, NO returns will be accepted. You will receive the digital file immediately after purchase, so we do not accept returns. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us with your questions before purchasing, or test out a sample mockup.
